Advids · Team Profile · Generative AI
The future of video production is here — and it runs on human creative intelligence directing AI at scale. This team ships work that would have taken months in days, without sacrificing craft.
AI doesn't replace creative vision.
It removes the ceiling on it.
Every video in this team's pipeline has a human director, a human strategist, and a human editor at its core. AI is the tool — not the author. That's the Advids difference.
01 · How the team is built
Owns the creative brief from concept to final cut. Translates client strategy into AI-executable visual briefs — style references, motion language, narrative arc, and shot lists. Has final say on every frame before delivery.
The technical backbone of every generation. Architects multi-layered prompts across video, image, and audio models — iterating systematically to hit the exact creative target. Part writer, part engineer, part visual thinker.
Specialises in text-to-video and image-to-video generation pipelines. Directs scene composition, camera motion, lighting conditions, and temporal consistency across Sora, Runway, Kling, and Veo. Ensures generated footage is production-ready.
Designs and maintains the production infrastructure — custom ComfyUI pipelines, API integrations, batch generation systems, and version control for AI assets. Reduces per-video production time by building reusable, scalable workflows.
02 · How we work
Discovery
The AI Creative Director and a human strategist review the brief together. We map the communication goal, audience, tone, and visual ambition — then assess which AI tools and models are the best fit for this specific output. Not every job needs Sora. Sometimes Runway Gen-4 + a Midjourney style pack is sharper. We choose the right tool for the result, not the one making headlines.
Pre-production
Human copywriters script the narrative. The AI Prompt Engineer then translates each scene into a structured prompt brief — shot type, style reference, lighting, motion, and mood. A visual reference board is generated using Midjourney and Adobe Firefly before a single video frame is touched. Client approves direction here, before generation begins.
Generation
The AI Video Director runs parallel generation passes across two or three models simultaneously — Sora for cinematic realism, Runway Gen-4 for stylised motion, Kling 2.0 or Veo 3 for physical accuracy. We generate 5–10x more footage than needed, then curate the best takes. Consistency tools like Consistent Character and ControlNet maintain subject and brand identity across shots.
Post-production
Generated footage enters a human edit suite. Pacing, narrative flow, transitions, and graphic overlays are crafted by senior editors — not automated. AI-generated voiceover from ElevenLabs or PlayHT is reviewed and directed like a live session. Music is licensed or composed via Suno. Final colour grade, sound design, and brand compliance checks are all human-reviewed before delivery.
Delivery
The AI Creative Director signs off on every final file. We deliver master files plus all required social and platform cuts. Full prompt libraries and generation logs are archived so future iterations, sequels, or localised versions can be reproduced with identical visual consistency — a capability no traditional production team can offer.

05 · Why Advids for AI video
Every video has a creative director, a prompt engineer, and a human editor. AI is the production tool — strategy, narrative, and quality control remain entirely human. Your brand is never at the mercy of a model's default output.
We operate across Sora, Runway, Kling, Veo, Luma, and Pika simultaneously. We select the right model for each scene — not the one with the best marketing. The result is footage that genuinely looks right, not just AI-impressive.
Every project ships with a full prompt archive and generation log. Six months later, you can run a sequel, a localised version, or a refresh with identical visual consistency — something no traditional production house can match.
06 · What Advids believes about AI video
On human vs AI
"AI doesn't replace creative vision. It removes the ceiling on it."
Every video Advids produces with AI has a human creative director, a human prompt engineer, and a human editor at its core. The AI handles generation — the fastest, most scalable part of the workflow. Humans handle strategy, narrative, curation, and quality — the parts that determine whether the video achieves its communication goal. AI tools that operate without that human layer produce footage that is visually impressive and strategically empty. Advids does not ship either.
On model selection
"Model loyalty is a production bias, not a creative decision."
Sora, Runway, Kling, Veo, Luma, and Pika each have different strengths for different production requirements. An AI production team that defaults to one model for every job is optimising for workflow convenience, not creative output. Advids runs parallel generation across multiple models for complex productions and selects the best takes regardless of source. The model that produced it is irrelevant. The quality of the final frame is everything.
On prompt engineering
"Prompt engineering is a creative discipline, not a technical workaround."
The difference between a usable AI-generated frame and an exceptional one is almost entirely in the prompt architecture — the specific combination of subject description, lighting instruction, style reference, camera direction, and negative prompt exclusions. This is not a skill that generalist video producers acquire automatically. Advids' prompt engineers have years of model-specific expertise, maintain production-grade prompt libraries, and iterate systematically toward the exact creative target. Random generation is not prompt engineering.
On reproducibility
"The prompt archive is the production asset that traditional studios can never offer."
When Advids delivers a finished AI video, it also delivers the complete prompt library, generation log, style seeds, and LoRA model parameters that produced every visual in the video. Six months later, a sequel, localised version, or refreshed campaign can be reproduced with identical visual consistency — from the same visual world, the same characters, the same aesthetic. This is a capability that does not exist in traditional video production, where the visual style exists only in the heads of the original team.
07 · Common questions
What is the difference between AI-generated video and traditional animation?
Traditional animation is produced frame by frame by human animators. AI-generated video uses text-to-video models — Sora, Runway, Kling, Veo — to generate footage from written descriptions. The difference is not quality but process speed: AI produces footage 10–20x faster at comparable quality. But AI without skilled prompt engineering and human creative direction produces strategically unfocused output. Advids provides both.
Can AI video production maintain brand consistency across a series?
Yes — with specific technical controls. Brand consistency requires LoRA fine-tuned character models, Midjourney style seeds locked to brand parameters, ControlNet consistency layers, and a prompt archive preserving generation parameters. Advids' AI Workflow Architects build these systems for every series. Without them, AI video drifts visually across episodes in ways that make the series look unplanned.
Which AI video tool is best for B2B marketing — Sora, Runway, or Kling?
Each model has different strengths. Sora excels at cinematic realism for brand anthem films. Runway Gen-4 leads for stylised motion and image-to-video. Kling 2.0 produces the most physically accurate motion — best for product demos. Veo 3 generates with native audio. Advids has no model loyalty — we select the right model for each scene based on what it needs to achieve.
What is a prompt engineer in video production?
A prompt engineer translates a director's visual brief into the structured inputs AI generation models require — text prompts for video models, image models, and audio models. A skilled prompt engineer understands each model's capabilities and failure modes, iterates systematically, and builds reusable prompt libraries. Prompt engineering is a distinct discipline — not a skill generalist video producers acquire automatically.
How does AI video production compare in cost to traditional production?
AI video typically costs 40–70% less per minute than equivalent-quality traditional animation. The largest savings come from footage generation speed and iteration velocity. The cost advantage is only realised when managed by skilled prompt engineers who can reach target quality efficiently — undirected AI generation produces low-quality output that requires expensive human correction.
What is a text-to-video pipeline in professional production?
A text-to-video pipeline converts a written brief into finished video footage using AI models. At Advids it involves: human-written prompt briefs per scene, parallel generation across multiple models, human curation of best takes, ControlNet/LoRA consistency processing, human edit assembly with voiceover and music, and brand compliance review. AI handles generation. Humans handle strategy, curation, direction, and quality.
Can AI generate voiceover for corporate video?
AI voiceover from ElevenLabs and PlayHT is now indistinguishable from human talent in most corporate video contexts. Advantages include multilingual output at no additional cost (30+ languages), faster revision turnaround, and consistent voice performance across a long series. Advids' AI Voice Director treats AI voiceover as a creative discipline — directing pacing and emphasis through prompt controls, not accepting raw generation output.
Is Sora good for corporate video production?
Sora is well-suited for cinematic realism — establishing shots, environmental footage, and brand world-building. It is less suited for precise UI demonstrations, on-screen text, or exact character consistency without additional ControlNet tooling. Advids uses Sora for scenes where photorealistic quality is the priority and combines it with other tools and human compositing to address its limitations.
08 · Client testimonials
"Advids produced an AI video campaign that maintained brand consistency across every generated scene — something we were told was not possible with AI tools alone. The prompt archive means we can reproduce identical visual style for future campaigns without rebuilding the creative from scratch."
Head of Brand Marketing, Razorpay
"The Advids AI production team understood that AI is the tool, not the author. Every creative decision was made by their directors. The AI handled the generation. The result was indistinguishable from a traditionally produced video at a fraction of the production timeline."
