Client Brief
KOCH Uhlmann Group approached Advids to create a 3D Walkthrough Video for their cyclePac modular line. Facing challenges in explaining complex facility integration to global stakeholders, the objective was to clarify spatial requirements and operational flow, ultimately accelerating the procurement cycle for high-end pharmaceutical packaging solutions.
Video Creation Approach
Initially, our team engineered the technical baseline by ingesting CAD data from the KOCH Uhlmann Group experts. Advids mapped the cyclePac modular architecture to establish a ground-truth digital twin. Spatial accuracy ensured every mechanical constraint aligned with real-world factory specifications.
Through isometric mechanical renders, our team choreographed the viewer journey across the assembly line while focusing on rotating vacuum suction cups. Industrial spatial renderings route the viewer past high-speed conveyor integration points within a clean-room facility setting. This perspective helps engineers visualize internal component synchronization without physical access.
Sound designers synchronize rhythmic mechanical audio with every module transition to reduce cognitive load during complex sequences. Digital assembly blueprints anchor the narrative flow, ensuring buyers understand the modular scalability of the entire system.
