TEMCO i-Bearing approached Advids to create a 3D gadget animation video focused on their intelligent bearing monitoring system. The project addressed industrial downtime by demonstrating predictive sensor technology. The objective was to secure partnerships with factory managers seeking to modernize their maintenance protocols through data-driven hardware.
Synthesizing technical blueprints allowed Advids to establish a precise structural baseline for the project. Our team analyzed the mechanical architecture to ensure that TEMCO i-Bearing and the intelligent bearing monitoring components remained accurate. We engineered a narrative framework that mapped every internal sensor to specific industrial performance metrics.
Mechanical telemetry visualizations guide the viewer through an X-ray perspective of the rotating assembly. Precision was maintained by modeling gold-plated sensor contact pins that monitor heat and vibration within the housing. Consistent monitoring within diverse industrial assembly lines verifies that hardware functions correctly under heavy loads.
By maintaining a steady rhythmic cadence, the sequence clarifies complex vibration data without overwhelming the observer.
