Corning approached Advids to refine their technical documentation for high-density fiber infrastructure. The objective involved transforming complex manual procedures into a clear visual standard. By addressing installation friction in data center environments, they aimed to ensure hardware reliability and accelerate technician deployment through precise visual communication.

Video Creation Approach

Project initiation required Advids to audit the physical schematics of Corning fiber splice cassettes. Our team synchronized raw CAD data with procedural requirements to establish a technical baseline for the project. This phase ensured that every internal component was mapped correctly before the animation phase commenced.

Through volumetric component mapping, the team established a foundation for technical installation walkthroughs. We engineered a visual metaphor of deconstructed transparency, specifically focusing on the blue LC connector clicking into the internal adapter housing.
