BIO-RAD approached Advids to create a Product Overview Video for their thermal cycling system. The goal was to address the complexity of genomic workflows by emphasizing precision and connectivity. This project aimed to drive global engagement and position the system as the preferred choice for laboratory environments and researchers.
Video Creation Approach
Orchestrating the initial technical roadmap required Advids to dissect complex hardware specifications provided by BIO-RAD. We calibrated the creative strategy to focus on the CFX Opus Real-Time PCR System, establishing a baseline that prioritized mechanical accuracy over generic visual flair to ensure scientific credibility for discerning researchers.
Kinetic 3D modeling engineered the internal optical sensor array to emphasize thermal uniformity. Design cycles centered on the honeycomb-patterned thermal block wells while anchoring the device within modern cloud-integrated laboratory settings.
