The problem: one AI platform, 5 buyers who each want one thing

SundaySky's description lists what the platform now adds: "AI avatars, in-app screen recording, and advanced media generation capabilities" for marketers, CX and CS leaders, and product teams, "in a single, unified platform". Read as a list, that is a lot of features for one viewer to hold in under 2 minutes.

Each of those buyers also cares about a different part of it. A marketer wants social clips, a customer service lead wants service videos, a product manager wants demos. The video had to let each one find their own job fast, and still land the bigger claim that all of it sits in one place.

How the SundaySky video turns a feature list into use cases, scene by scene

Every claim is written on screen, and every feature is shown inside the product. Select a time to play that scene above.

TimeOn screenWhat it does
"The world's first AI-powered", then "All-in-one Enterprise Video Platform", a 3D mascot wrapped in media icons, and "SUNDAYSKY Video Without Limits".States the category and the claim before any screen appears.
"For any team", with a selector clicking through teams such as "Sales", "Marketing", "Customer Experience" and "Customer Success", then "Video for any purpose" and "Every capability in one place".Names the 3 promises the rest of the video proves: any team, any purpose, one place.
"Onboarding videos" linked to "Personalization": an airline welcome reads "Hi, {First Name}" and "Welcome to Horizon Airways", then "You got your wings!" with "Your tier is {Tier level}" and a points field. Then "Product Demo videos" linked to "Screen Recorder": a media panel with "Upload" and "Record", a recorded dashboard with a presenter in the corner, and "Real time updating in the distribution channel" under "Edit" and "Approve".Gives the first 2 buyers their job and the feature that does it.
"Social videos" linked to "AI-media generation": the prompt "A team celebrating a successful launch" returns 4 image options beside a "Generate video" button. "Prospecting videos" linked to "Text-to-speech": age, gender and tone filters, then a voice waveform with "Clone your voice" over the script "Hi, I'm Jane Krane, a financial advisor". "Customer Service videos" linked to "Avatars": an avatar picker and "Nice to meet you!", "I'm Chris!".Covers the other 3 buyers, each with an input and its output.
"Video Without Limits" edits itself: "Video Without {limits}", "Video Without resources", "Video Without equipment", then 3D letters build "CReAtE" and "& increase team productivity".Turns the tagline into a small personalization demo.
"With AI Tools": "Hi! Welcome to SundaySky AI Copilot!" takes the prompt "A video that drives customers to purchase a", returns a numbered outline that ends "8. Thanks (CTA - Start Using the New Service Now)", then "Create!" and "Your Video Is On The Way". The result is a "Welcome Jemma!" video card, then a fan of cards such as SimpliFi's "Thank you! We appreciate your business".Shows a whole video drafted from one sentence, and what comes out.
"Drive Growth" and "With Personalization": the "Welcome Jemma!" card opens in the editor, where "Existing Customer", "New Customer" and "Fallback" versions swap faces and names until "Welcome back, Ben! Nice to see you again". Then "Scale in ways" "previously unimaginable", "One platform" over a face on a tablet, "Unlimited videos", "Infinite solutions".Moves from one video to many personalized versions.
A Skymart ad reading "Amazing deals you don't want to miss" at "$49.99", then a wall of sample ads and videos frames "Video Without Limits", ending on "SUNDAYSKY Video Without Limits".Closes on the brand line with the output around it.

Storyboard: the frames that carry the SundaySky AI promo video

Key frames from the finished video, in order. Select a time to play that moment above.

  • Frame at 0:06: "All-in-one" in pink above "Enterprise Video Platform" on a pastel gradient
The category claim comes first, before any product screen.
  • Frame at 0:14: "For any team" beside a selector with "Customer Experience" highlighted and a pink pointer
The viewer picks their own team before seeing a feature.
  • Frame at 0:22: "Onboarding videos" linked by a pink chain icon to "Personalization"
Each use case is chained to the one feature that does it.
  • Frame at 0:28: airline card "You got your wings!" with "Your tier is {Tier level}" and a "Message by audience" panel
Personalization is shown as merge fields in a real welcome.
  • Frame at 0:43: 4 photos of teams celebrating above the prompt "A team celebrating a successful launch" and a "Generate video" button
One typed prompt returns 4 images on screen.
  • Frame at 0:58: avatar picker beside a SimpliFi card reading "Nice to meet you!" and "I'm Chris!"
The avatar demo is dressed as a customer brand's video.
  • Frame at 1:01: "Video Without {limits}" with a "Message by audience" toggle switched on
The tagline turns into a merge field, like the product.
  • Frame at 1:18: numbered outline ending "8. Thanks (CTA - Start Using the New Service Now)" above a "Create!" box
One sentence to the AI Copilot becomes a full video outline.
  • Frame at 1:34: stacked SundaySky welcome cards with "Welcome back, Ben! Nice to see you again" in front
One video becomes many, each with its own name and face.
  • Frame at 1:52: "SUNDAYSKY Video Without Limits" on a card surrounded by sample ads and 3D shapes
The close puts the brand line inside the output it makes.

4 decisions behind the SundaySky AI promo video

Decision 1

Pair every use case with one feature

From 0:22 to 0:56 the video runs 5 pairs joined by a chain icon: "Onboarding videos" with "Personalization", "Product Demo videos" with "Screen Recorder", "Social videos" with "AI-media generation", "Prospecting videos" with "Text-to-speech" and "Customer Service videos" with "Avatars".

Copy it: Rewrite your feature list as job and feature pairs, so each buyer spots their own job first and then sees the feature that does it.

Decision 2

Show the input and the output

At 0:42 the prompt "A team celebrating a successful launch" is typed and 4 image options appear a second later. By 1:18 one sentence to the AI Copilot becomes a numbered video outline.

Copy it: For every AI claim, put one real input and its result on screen, side by side in time.

Decision 3

Dress the demos as customer brands

Most demo screens show videos made for other brands: "Welcome to Horizon Airways" at 0:24 and "SimpliFi" with "Nice to meet you!" at 0:58.

Copy it: Fill your UI shots with the kind of content your buyer's customers would see, so the buyer pictures their own result.

Decision 4

Let the tagline use the product's trick

At 1:01 "Video Without Limits" becomes "Video Without {limits}", the same bracket style as "Hi, {First Name}", then swaps to "resources" and "equipment".

Copy it: Animate your brand line with your product's own mechanic, so the line works as one more demo.

From SundaySky's feature list to 5 use-case pairs

  1. Visual style. Soft pink-to-blue gradients, 3D media icons and the SundaySky mascot, with dark navy screens for the platform claims.
  2. Use-case map. The platform's features were matched to 5 buyer jobs, onboarding, product demos, social, prospecting and customer service, one feature each.
  3. UI asset animation. The editor, the "Message by audience" panel, the media panel, the voice filters, the avatar picker and the AI Copilot prompt were rebuilt and animated with a pointer.
  4. Sample content. Personalized welcome cards, avatar scenes and ads were placed in the screens for brands such as "Horizon Airways" and "SimpliFi" so each feature shows a finished result.
  5. Kinetic type. The tagline edits, the 3D "CReAtE" letters and lines such as "Scale in ways" were animated between the product scenes.
  6. Compositing, sound and color. Screens, icons and type were composited, then sound design, editing and color correction finished the video.

Scope of work:

  • Visual style development
  • 2D character rigging
  • UI asset animation
  • Motion graphics compositing
  • Visual effects
  • Voiceover recording
  • Sound design
  • Editing
  • Color correction

Production took 3 to 4 weeks on a budget of $1,200 to $2,000. See the SaaS video production service for how a project like this is scoped.
