Client Brief
Conversational Commerce approached Advids to create a Product Preview Video addressing the friction of delayed customer responses. The objective was to demonstrate how their automation tool transforms support interactions into sales opportunities, encouraging e-commerce brands to adopt their platform for faster scaling and increased buyer satisfaction.
Video Creation Approach
Initiating the project required the Advids team to audit existing dashboard interfaces and technical documentation. We calibrated a strategy to synchronize the messaging of Conversational Commerce with the functional capabilities of the Automation Add-on through a structured narrative. Our production house engineered a blueprint for the visual flow.
Designers orchestrated a series of vector-based interface layers to depict the ecosystem across Shopify storefronts and mobile SMS channels. High-fidelity interactive software demonstrations rely on recreations of the View Order button to anchor the viewer's attention. We choreographed spatial UI transitions to explain how the logic routes incoming queries.
By mapping the percussive audio cues with rapid UI pop-ups, our editors reduced the cognitive load required to understand complex automated workflows. Detailed interface walkthrough sequences emphasize the speed of resolution without overwhelming the viewer with dense text. The result validates the product's ability to manage high-volume customer inquiries.
