Cvent approached Advids to create a SaaS Features Video focused on their event management software. They sought to address the fragmentation in event planning by consolidating marketing and registration tools. Their objective was to drive platform adoption by demonstrating clear efficiency gains for busy event organizers.
Video Creation Approach
Orchestrating the initial technical roadmap required Advids to ingest platform assets while establishing a clear strategic baseline. We mapped the user journey within Cvent to ensure Event Marketing Software functionality remained the focal point. This foundation allowed our team to engineer the narrative structure for maximum clarity.
Through spatial UI animation, we constructed a visual metaphor for connectivity across various touchpoints. The sequence includes a circular profile avatar with a green checkmark to represent successful user validation within the broader ecosystem of mobile check-in tools and desktop dashboards. Digital event workflows dictate the movement of data between these environments to prove cross-platform versatility.
