Client Brief
Sapaad approached Advids to tackle operational fragmentation across multi-unit restaurant chains. By addressing synchronization issues between front-of-house and kitchen staff, the project aimed to drive global subscriptions. We designed a narrative to demonstrate how their cloud platform synchronizes complex ordering workflows into a single, unified interface.
Video Creation Approach
Calibrating the technical roadmap required a deep audit of restaurant management logic and user journey maps. Advids began by ingesting internal UI captures to build a structural baseline for the Sapaad Cloud POS narrative. This foundation ensured all subsequent motion assets aligned with actual software functionality.
Designers engineered an isometric world where kitchen display system progress bars communicate real-time order velocity. Narrative visual production captures the software across varied environments from crowded dining rooms to high-speed delivery hubs.
