ManageEngine
ManageEngine's video was designed to humanize IT security, transforming abstract vulnerability risks into highly relatable employee conversations. Operating in the enterprise IT management sector, the company understands that the cost of inaction regarding poor credential management is catastrophic, often resulting in widespread network intrusions and critical data exposure. Traditional dry compliance training often fails to engage employees, leaving corporate networks open to simple exploits because of weak or reused credentials. By addressing these behavioral gaps, we aimed to pivot the conversation from technical jargon to practical everyday hygiene.
We framed the visual design around a conversational game-show setting, utilizing physical YES! and NOPE! paddles to build an immediate human connection. This design serves as an effective cybersecurity awareness promotion, contrasting real employee reactions against graphical, high-contrast text cards that prompt relatable security mistakes. The clean framing isolates expressions of humor and realization, pairing physical props with bold typography to simplify complex risk discussions. At Advids, our team engineered this layout so that IT Administrators immediately grasp how relatable, peer-driven dialogue drives organization-wide compliance.
The animation strategy utilizes snappy transitions between candid live-action responses and clean, graphic question cards to maintain active viewer interest. This rhythm shapes the interactive audience-focused commercial, preventing cognitive fatigue by balancing lighthearted human moments with distinct, clear-cut text cues. The overall aesthetic balances casual office environments with professional, sharp brand overlays, grounding the security message in a trusted day-to-day context. By pairing approachable employee interactions with ManageEngine's authoritative branding, the video builds genuine trust and inspires viewers to immediately reassess their personal credential habits.
