Comexi
Comexi's video was created to show how physical machinery synchronizes with digital control centers. Operating highly specialized flexible packaging machinery requires precise mechanical calibrations and expert adjustments of components like doctor blades and unwinders. Without structured guidance, plant operators risk prolonged equipment downtime, high support travel costs, and catastrophic operational silos. Integrating a centralized calibration workflow standardization platform ensures that critical maintenance knowledge remains permanently within the enterprise.
Our design team constructed the visual layout for Comexi to balance clean digital interfaces with physical manufacturing environments. We anchored this industrial training platform preview in a highly organized split-screen composition, placing interactive video-course cards directly adjacent to actual machine operating steps. The visuals depict a gloved hand calibrating sensors on a Siemens Simatic HMI touchscreen panel, immediately linking digital guidance to physical actions. This logical framing translates complex maintenance protocols into clear, digestible tasks, so that Plant Operators immediately grasp the training ROI.
To bring these guides to life, we at Advids implemented a kinetic transition strategy where animated UI overlays, vector icons, and sliding tutorial panels move in perfect coordination with the operator's physical actions. This precise pacing structures the platform capability overview to minimize cognitive load, allowing viewers to absorb complex calibration procedures without experiencing mental fatigue. The overall aesthetic balances high-contrast digital interfaces with actual shop-floor imagery, prioritizing functional clarity and clean typography over distracting visual effects. By establishing an authoritative, expert-led tone, the video builds immediate trust and decisively directs stakeholders to adopt Comexi's new eAcademy platform.
