MDS Autoriv
MDS AUTORIV's video was produced to visually demonstrate the extreme torque resistance and rigorous thread strength of their industrial blind rivet nuts. In the automotive manufacturing sector, securing robust structural joints in thin sheet metals is a critical engineering challenge. Without utilizing a high-performance full-hex geometry, industrial assemblies suffer from rotational slip and catastrophic joint failures under heavy operational loads. These engineering shortcomings inevitably result in severe production downtime and compromised physical integrity of the final assembled machinery.
Our design team at Advids structured this heavy-duty fastening component promo to elevate MDS AUTORIV's engineering specifications using clean, multi-angle CAD cross-sections of the blind rivet nut. The graphic layout positions technical parameters such as thread sizes ranging from M4 to M8 alongside high proof-load ratings. We integrated a cutaway illustration displaying the fastener fully compressed within a sheet metal plate. This structural breakdown isolates the formed rivet bulge so that Assembly Engineers immediately grasp the structural load-bearing value.
We utilized simulated axial compression dynamics and controlled rotation to represent the physical deformation process clearly. Structuring this industrial hardware product presentation within a minimalist, high-contrast layout minimizes cognitive load and prevents viewer fatigue. The clean backdrop and precise engineering callouts guide the viewer's focus directly to the functional behavior of the fastener. By concluding with MDS AUTORIV's comprehensive suite of compatible robotic setting workstations, we establish an authoritative tone that definitively drives the final call to action and builds trust.
