Weinig Grecon
Weinig Grecon's video was designed to illustrate the handoff between human operators and advanced robotic automation on the factory floor. Operating in the demanding wood-processing sector, manufacturers face severe labor shortages that inevitably lead to costly production halts and operational bottlenecks. At Advids, we framed this challenge to highlight how integrating automated delta robots directly mitigates these workforce vulnerabilities.
We anchored this robotic integration success story for Weinig Grecon using a clear split-screen layout that highlights the physical hardware alongside the technical infrastructure. The visual composition frames the active industrial floor alongside close-ups of the control cabinet showing neatly routed cables and terminal interfaces. This structured aesthetic demystifies the complex kinetic assembly, showing how the machinery interacts with digital control units. By focusing the design hierarchy on these tactile engineering elements, we ensure that Floor Managers immediately grasp the direct operational value.
Our animation strategy utilizes sharp, high-precision frame pacing to mimic the kinetic synchronization of the delta robots sorting wooden blocks. We structured this collaborative engineering demonstration with clean, bright industrial lighting and balanced graphic overlays to reduce cognitive load and prevent viewer fatigue during technical explanations. The clean motion curves align with the pace of the machinery, mirroring its 200 parts-per-minute speed. Ultimately, this authoritative presentation builds absolute stakeholder trust, reinforcing Weinig Grecon as an engineering leader and driving action toward automated upgrades.
