Star Teck
Star Teck's video is designed to guide viewers through the modular assembly and historical evolution of their industrial cable fittings. Within heavy electrical contracting, choosing incorrect hardware components often results in catastrophic installation failures. Without an intuitive way to identify precise dimensions and hazard ratings, engineers face costly installation delays and compromised field safety.
Our design team anchored this electrical component visual guide for Star Teck in clean, central-axis product renders that strip away complex technical diagrams. By featuring detailed cutaway views of the fittings, we expose the internal threading, silicone seals, and robust metal alloy construction across five historical iterations. This detailed visualization pairs with a clear UI demonstration of the mobile sizing application and a physical measuring strap wrapped around an armored cable. We structured these elements sequentially so that industrial contractors immediately grasp the alignment between physical cable dimensions and specific product part numbers.
We utilized synchronized rotation and automated assembly animations to demonstrate how the physical components clamp and seal. This motion flows into the engineering selector tool introduction, which visually demonstrates the simple mechanics of wrapping a sizing tape around a cable. By utilizing a high-contrast neutral studio setting with clean, high-fidelity modeling, the presentation minimizes visual clutter and prevents cognitive fatigue during dense technical specifications. Our team at Advids ensured that the clean presentation style and final direct link build confidence in Star Teck's digital and physical tools.
