Acumed
Acumed's video is designed to guide viewers through the modular assembly and integration of their anatomical fixation hardware. Our design team developed this project for the orthopedic trauma sector, where surgical precision directly dictates patient recovery timelines. Traditional open plating techniques often trigger severe soft-tissue complications, but failing to adopt minimally invasive fixation risks poor patient outcomes and prolonged recovery times. By demonstrating an internal stabilization alternative, we help medical specialists see how to preserve soft-tissue integrity.
We initiated the design phase by constructing highly detailed anatomical schematics. This surgical fixation system demonstration, developed by our team at Advids, prioritizes clean 3D cross-sections that illustrate the implant's contouring within the intramedullary canal. Our layouts depict a semi-transparent bone structure that shifts focus directly to the device's interior locking mechanisms. These precise rendering planes isolate the interaction of the headless screws and internal bushing, so that orthopaedic surgeons immediately grasp the biomechanical stability and anatomical fit of the hardware.
The animation strategy utilizes controlled, linear camera tracking to follow sequential reaming and automated screw placement steps. This mechanical product explainer animation leverages a clean, high-contrast surgical aesthetic to present complex technical data without overloading the viewer. We structured the layout to maintain a calm, authoritative pacing, minimizing cognitive fatigue for busy medical professionals. By presenting a step-by-step anatomical sequence, the video instills confidence and builds professional trust in the system's clinical reliability.
