Kadence
Kadence's video was built to visually prove the immediate utility cost savings and operational ROI of their workplace analytics software. In the commercial real estate sector, failing to identify precise office booking patterns leads to excessive overhead and unmonitored energy consumption. Without a systematic review of building activity, Facilities Managers face substantial resource waste by keeping underpopulated areas fully operational during low-occupancy days. We addressed this friction by showing how to transform raw workplace utilization data into immediate operational actions.
Our design team structured the screen layout with a side-by-side framework, anchoring the presenter alongside the clean Kadence platform interface. This hybrid office analytics tour systematically organizes complex data, aligning floor-level capacity numbers with weekly occupancy timelines to reveal clear usage patterns. By presenting concrete metrics-such as shifting a small cohort of active users from an underutilized floor to an active one-the design reduces visual clutter. We framed these comparisons directly within the dashboard layout, so that Real Estate Directors immediately grasp the practical cost-reduction value of consolidated workspace operations.
To maintain clarity, Advids utilized subtle, progressive visual plotting to guide the viewer through the B2B platform walkthrough without causing information overload. The overall aesthetic relies on a clean, light-toned corporate grid system with sharp, high-contrast visual cues that highlight vital desk-count changes and scheduling dips. This structured layout minimizes cognitive load and prevents viewer fatigue, ensuring the analytical steps remain easy to follow. Concluding with a professional, data-first tone, the presentation builds the credibility necessary to guide C-Suite Executives toward scheduling a tailored demo of the Kadence ecosystem.
