Amdocs
Amdocs's video was built to visually prove the immediate operational ROI of their convergent charging software. Telecom operators manage massive volume fluctuations and constant handoffs between 3G and 4G-LTE networks, making real-time session tracking a complex hurdle. Without a unified platform, these frequent network transitions create disconnected billing events across disparate systems, resulting in severe revenue leakage and high operational overhead. The cost of inaction means struggling with fragmented charging architectures that cannot support convergent charging consolidation for modern voice services.
Our design team anchored this telecom billing visual walkthrough in a highly stylized, tactile claymation aesthetic to simplify abstract data flows. We contrasted a bright, split-screen billing operations center layout with a vibrant, miniature-scale model town to establish a clear spatial metaphor. The central telecom provider tower stands flanked by colorful storefronts, mirroring how a physical subscriber moves through localized coverage zones while generating billing events. This dual-perspective composition maps a subscriber's physical movement directly to corresponding 3G and 4G-LTE database entries, so that Network Architects immediately grasp the structural value of unified session tracking.
We engineered a dynamic animation flow where erratic character handoffs and dog-chasing sequences mimic chaotic network transitions, triggering instant, color-coded billing updates on the monitors. Utilizing a cohesive, warm pastel palette reduces cognitive load, preventing visual fatigue during this multi-layered visual product breakdown. By matching these playful yet precise physical interactions with immediate backend data synchronization, we at Advids established an authoritative narrative structure that clarifies the billing correlation process. This precise choreography builds absolute trust in the system's accuracy and drives Telecom Operators toward modernizing their billing infrastructure.
