VibroSystM
VibroSystM's video was engineered to peel back the generator casing and reveal the intricate internal mechanics driving their diagnostic monitoring system. In the heavy power generation sector, undetected mechanical wear in large generators often triggers catastrophic stator insulation failure and massive unplanned downtime. Traditional diagnostics frequently overlook the subtle structural shifts in end windings under load, leaving asset managers vulnerable to sudden, costly production halts.
Our design team established a clean, high-contrast CAD-style environment to map the physical integration of VibroSystM's specialized sensor suite. We chose a stark, technical aesthetic for this industrial diagnostic visual breakdown to clearly highlight critical diagnostic points along the stator core and end windings. Cutaway schematics precisely place the FOA, VSM797S, and MFP-100 sensors directly within the generator's internal architecture, so that Plant Operators immediately grasp the exact physical scale and structural layout.
Advids utilized stylized, exaggerated physical oscillation and component-highlighting animations to depict the kinetic anomalies that cause copper friction and winding degradation. This hardware functional walkthrough employs a structured visual overlay that isolates individual sensors as they respond to thermal and physical stressors. The dark, high-contrast visual palette reduces cognitive load for technical viewers, allowing them to easily process complex structural dynamics without screen fatigue. This authoritative, engineering-focused tone builds immense trust, directing energy professionals toward proactive risk mitigation and long-term asset security.
