BW Tek
BW Tek's video was produced to visually demonstrate the rugged durability and precise modular functionality of their tactile field spectroscopy device. In critical defense and public safety operations, failing to identify unknown chemicals quickly leads to catastrophic contamination and delayed tactical decisions. Without an efficient, on-site substance identification protocol, personnel risk exposing team members to hazardous materials while waiting hours for remote laboratory analysis.
Our design team mapped the structural layout of the hardware using high-fidelity 3D CAD assets. This spectroscopic device showcase highlights the 1064 nm laser trajectory emitting from the optical nosecone, visually defining the non-contact analysis method. We structured a sequential alignment of mechanical adaptors, including the bottle and liquid vial attachments, showing their secure physical alignment with the main chassis so that First Responders immediately grasp how the modular accessories adapt to various field environments.
To bring these technical details to life, we animated the physical snap-on motion of each modular adaptor alongside clean, timed text callouts. The high-contrast yellow protective jacket stands out against a neutral slate-gray backdrop, creating a strong visual hierarchy that reduces cognitive fatigue. This balanced aesthetic allows operators to focus entirely on key specifications like the 13MP camera and IP68 rating, rather than wading through dense technical manuals. By structuring this hardware capability presentation with clear visual cues, our production at Advids establishes an authoritative guide that builds immediate trust with field commanders and procurement officers.
