Endress Hauser
Endress+Hauser's video was built to make complex physical properties-like resonance shifts and fluid dynamics-easy to grasp. Within the industrial process sector, failing to accurately monitor material levels across diverse storage assets results in production halts and severe equipment damage. Our team structured the narrative to show how the vibronic measuring principle solves these tracking errors. This visualization directly addresses the massive operational risks associated with varying media densities, turbulence, and foam buildup.
Our design team initiated this vibronic sensor visual guide by establishing a stark, high-contrast digital environment that highlights the physical hardware. We positioned the level sensor on a cross-sectioned industrial tank to show how the physical tuning fork interacts with rising liquids. The subsequent detailed breakdown exposes the inner workings of the bimorph and stack piezo-electric drives, mapping the exact mechanical relationship between electrical voltage and structural expansion. We isolated these interior elements against a clean backdrop so that Plant Operators immediately grasp the reliability of the system across diverse media.
To bring these physical mechanics to life, Advids utilized fluid simulation and dynamic wave overlays that illustrate frequency and amplitude changes in real time. Structuring this technical operational breakdown with clean, uncluttered visual pacing minimizes the cognitive load typically required to understand intricate sensor mechanics. By isolating the kinetic changes in the vibrating fork as it contacts liquids and solids, the animation eliminates visual fatigue and helps viewers focus on the physical science. The video's authoritative, technical tone establishes immediate credibility, driving viewers toward the final call to action with complete trust in the technology.
