OpenText
OpenText's video was built to visually prove the immediate financial and temporal ROI of their contract intelligence software. Within the highly complex enterprise document management sector, organizations struggle to track terms and hidden clauses across thousands of active agreements. Relying on manual legal reviews introduces severe operational bottlenecks and financial liabilities, often resulting in millions of dollars in missed obligations. We wanted to show how OpenText solves this challenge by replacing slow, error-prone manual workflows with automated natural language processing.
Our design team structured this contract analytics platform introduction to contrast dense, raw data against organized database views. We juxtapose abstract graphics of contract stacks with a white laptop screen demonstrating the actual OpenText user interface, detailing parsed legal document metadata and structured clause extraction fields. We then guide the viewer through an abstract schematic of a central microprocessor labeled NLP receiving unstructured contract sheets and routing them into structured digital folders with checkmarks. This purposeful visual hierarchy translates complex linguistic algorithms into clean, quantifiable steps so that Legal Counsel and Procurement Managers immediately grasp the temporal value of the platform.
We engineered the animation strategy around precise mechanical transitions and structured document routing to visually mirror algorithmic sorting. Our clean, grid-based layout elements organize the stream of information to minimize cognitive fatigue for C-Suite Executives during this B2B software capability overview. At Advids, our primary objective was to establish an authoritative visual rhythm, balancing realistic software screenshots with clear technical symbols. This calculated execution instills deep confidence in the platform's accuracy, guiding the target persona toward the call to action with absolute trust in OpenText's enterprise-grade reliability.
