Porticos
Porticos's video is designed to guide viewers through the modular assembly and integration of their engineering systems. In the custom hardware sector, showcasing the internal sophistication of a rugged demonstration kit is critical for engineering credibility. Failing to clearly convey how complex electrical components fit within a protective enclosure often leads to operational silos and lost sales because clients cannot visualize the underlying build quality. Our team produced this video to directly address this communication gap for system designers.
We constructed the visual architecture starting from the briefcase's external shell to establish a clean, high-fidelity physical foundation. This hardware engineering visual breakdown focuses on the closed outer casing before revealing the structured, white control interface faceplate underneath. An exploded 3D CAD layout strips away the exterior casing, exposing the multi-layered mounting plates, internal wiring routes, and power brackets. Every component's position is mapped precisely relative to its mechanical housing, so that Field Engineers immediately grasp the modular structural integrity and ease of maintenance.
The animation strategy relies on a synchronized vertical disassembly, lifting each structural tier sequentially to clarify the internal routing. This structural product walkthrough utilizes a clean, neutral-toned rendering environment that minimizes visual noise. By focusing on high-contrast lighting and realistic material textures, the composition reduces cognitive fatigue and allows the viewer to focus on spatial relationships. Advids crafted an authoritative visual presentation that builds trust by demonstrating unmatched engineering precision, driving Integrators to confidently adopt the solution.
