Black Coffee Robotics approached Advids to refine how industrial operators understand complex ROS integrations. Facing a gap in technical clarity for their autonomous systems, they sought a clear visual guide. The objective was to simplify complex sensor data and drive higher adoption among global warehouse logistics partners.

Video Creation Approach

Black Coffee Robotics and their objective for a 3D product tutorial video required a technical foundation built on audited CAD files and software interface captures. Advids synchronized these digital assets to calibrate the narrative structure. Our team constructed a rigorous framework to ensure every movement mirrored real-world physics and sensor feedback loops.

Through precise spatial mapping, the creative team choreographed the interaction between hardware and environment. We isolated a pulsing grid of green LIDAR dots to represent real-time environment awareness within crowded warehouse aisles. Incorporating spatial robotic simulations allowed the viewer to witness how the arm executes pick and place tasks while navigating high-traffic zones.

Strategically, the pacing was adjusted to route the viewer through the logic of path planning without mental fatigue. Subtle mechanical audio cues were engineered to ground the digital overlay in reality.
