AEG approached Advids to create a product installation tutorial video for their advanced washing machine line. The objective was to eliminate customer confusion during home setup by providing clear visual guidance. This project aims to reduce support tickets and ensure the hardware is calibrated correctly for every household.
Video Creation Approach
Orchestrating the initial technical baseline required Advids to synchronize raw engineering blueprints with actual hardware footage of the AEG unit. Our team engineered a logical progression through the Product installation tutorial video by mapping out the physical components and electrical requirements.
