SaaS Advertising Video for Antlere Interact: Every Channel, 1 Inbox

Antlere needed support teams to see, in a few seconds, that messages from many channels can land in one place. This 34-second SaaS advertising video puts the overload on a support agent, pulls the channels into an orbit around the Antlere logo, then proves it with the real inbox and dashboard on screens in the room.

The problem: support messages arrive on too many channels

Antlere's YouTube description says the platform lets users "manage more than 10 platforms from a single dashboard". For a support team, each of those platforms is one more place a customer can be left waiting: a WhatsApp chat, a Facebook comment, a Gmail thread, a YouTube reply.

An ad has a few seconds to make that case before the viewer scrolls on. A feature list cannot do it in time. The video needed one picture of the overload, one picture of the fix, and the real screen to prove the fix exists.

How the 34-second ad moves from overload to 1 inbox

Channel logos and UI carry the message, so the ad reads with the sound off. Select a time to play that scene above.

TimeOn screenWhat it does
A support agent in a headset works at a desk, colleagues on calls beside him.Shows who the product is for before showing the product.
Message cards from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Messenger and Gmail pop up all around him, such as "Hi, I ordered a dress last week (Order #12345). When can I expect it to be delivered?"Puts the problem on screen: messages arriving on many channels at once.
The cards give way to rings around the Antlere logo, with the channel icons orbiting it.States the product's promise as one shape: every channel around one hub.
A laptop opens the Antlere inbox: one list with each message marked by its channel icon, a chat thread and a contact panel.Proves the hub is a real screen, not just a diagram.
The inbox tilts into isometric layers: message list, chat and contact details pulled apart.Separates the parts of the screen so each one can be read.
The Antlere dashboard with bar and line charts on a desk laptop, then on a meeting room screen while a presenter briefs her team.Moves from the agent to the manager: the same data reaches the whole team.
"Every Interaction is a chance to Excel" over an agent smiling into his headset, then the Antlere logo, "www.antlere.com/interact" and a laptop showing the Antlere page headed "Transforming Every Interaction with Exceptional Customer Experience Management".Ends on one line and one address to visit.

4 decisions behind the Antlere Interact ad

Decision 1

Show the overload on a person

At 0:03 message cards from Facebook, WhatsApp, Gmail and other channels crowd around the agent's head. The viewer sees the problem before any product appears.

Copy it: Put your buyer's problem on a person they recognize, in the first 5 seconds.

Decision 2

Turn the promise into one diagram

At 0:05 the channel icons circle the Antlere logo on 3 rings. It is the description's "single dashboard" claim drawn as a shape.

Copy it: Draw your product's main claim as one picture before you show any screen.

Decision 3

Put the real UI on real screens

The inbox appears on a laptop at 0:09, and the dashboard on a desk laptop at 0:18 and a meeting room screen at 0:21.

Copy it: Composite your actual UI onto screens in live-action scenes so viewers see who uses it and where.

Decision 4

Hold one line, then the address

"Every Interaction is a chance to Excel" types on at 0:27 and holds, then "www.antlere.com/interact" stays up from 0:31 to the end.

Copy it: Close a short ad on one line and one URL, and leave both on screen long enough to read.

From Antlere screens to a 34-second help desk ad

  1. Ad structure. The 34 seconds were split into 4 parts: the agent's overload, the logo hub, the inbox and dashboard as proof, and the closing line.
  2. Graphic design. Channel message cards and the orbit diagram were designed around the logos of each platform Antlere connects.
  3. UI animation. The Antlere inbox and dashboard were animated as separate layers, so the inbox could tilt apart into isometric panels at 0:13.
  4. Compositing and visual effects. Message cards were placed around the agent, and the dashboard was fitted onto the laptop and meeting room screens.
  5. Title animation. The closing line was typed on inside a blue bar, with "Interaction" and "Excel" set in bold.
  6. Music, sound, edit and grade. Music, sound design, the final edit and color grading tied the live action and the UI scenes together.

Scope of work:

  • UI/UX animation
  • Graphic design
  • Motion graphics
  • Visual effects
  • Sound design
  • Music composition
  • Final editing
  • Color grading
  • Compositing
  • Title animation

Production took 3 to 4 weeks on a budget of $1,200 to $2,000. See the SaaS video production service for how a project like this is scoped.

Questions about the Antlere Interact SaaS advertising video

Why does the Antlere ad open on a support agent?

The product is for support teams, so the first 2 seconds show one at work in a headset. At 0:03 message cards from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and Gmail crowd around him, which is the problem Antlere solves.

How does the ad show many channels in one dashboard?

First as a diagram: at 0:05 the channel icons orbit the Antlere logo. Then as the product: at 0:09 the Antlere inbox lists every message in one column, each marked with its channel icon.

Why does the inbox split into isometric layers?

From 0:13 to 0:17 the inbox tilts and its message list, chat and contact panel separate. A full screen is hard to read in a few seconds, so the split lets the viewer see each part.

Why is the dashboard shown in a meeting room?

From 0:21 to 0:26 a presenter walks a team through the Antlere dashboard on a wall screen. It shows that the data the agents create also reaches the people who run the team.

How does the Antlere ad end?

With the line "Every Interaction is a chance to Excel" at 0:27, then the Antlere logo and "www.antlere.com/interact" beside a laptop from 0:31 to the end.

How long did the Antlere ad take and what did it cost?

Production took 3 to 4 weeks on a budget of $1,200 to $2,000, covering UI animation, graphic design, compositing, title animation, music, sound design, editing and color grading.
