Our design team anchored this predictive talent analytics showcase for Lattice in a structured, high-contrast dashboard aesthetic. We mapped the user interface to split-screen layouts, positioning the central directory next to an interactive side drawer that displays granular metric breakdowns. High-priority indicator tags-shifting from yellow for moderate attention to red for low engagement-provide immediate visual cues, while clean typography keeps complex data streams readable. We mapped these visual hierarchies directly to real-world HR workflows so that Chief Human Resources Officers immediately grasp the preventive value of identifying flight risks before disengagement spreads.
We choreographed the motion design with lateral panel slide-outs and kinetic cursor paths to replicate the speed and fluidity of a live session. This interactive B2B platform overview uses clean UI animations and natural typographic expansion rather than over-stimulating graphics, which maintains cognitive ease and prevents fatigue among HR decision-makers. The cool-toned, high-contrast aesthetic mirrors the modern interface of Lattice, keeping the attention on the predictive insights rather than complex backend machinery.
