Telstra
Telstra's video was produced to isolate and spotlight a critical new software feature, ensuring immediate user comprehension. Our team focused this project on the domestic telecommunications sector, where connection stability remains a primary concern for modern households. Without this clear interface, customers often struggle to diagnose network issues, resulting in prolonged downtime and the erosion of brand loyalty. By addressing the home internet management process directly, we strip away the frustration of connectivity gaps.
We anchored this home network visual preview in a highly organized, flat aesthetic that prioritizes clarity over visual noise. By distilling complex router configurations into simple, recognizable icons, we structured the interface logic so that IT-conscious homeowners immediately grasp the functional value of their equipment. The layout uses negative space to guide the eye toward specific diagnostic tools, removing the need for manual troubleshooting. This approach minimizes cognitive overhead, ensuring the user recognizes how to optimize their bandwidth in seconds.
Our motion strategy centers on fluid transitions that demonstrate remote control, effectively animating the interaction between the user and their hardware. This high-level platform overview provides a sense of reliability by depicting the instant response of the router to app-based commands. We selected a high-contrast palette to establish authority and focus, preventing viewer fatigue during longer instructional segments. Advids leveraged this consistent visual language to build trust, ensuring the viewer feels empowered to take command of their digital environment immediately following the call to action.
