AI Demo Video Examples: 30 Demos That Show AI at Work

Introduction

An AI demo has to show the AI doing the work

Most AI demos open on a glowing brain. Then a chip. Then the word “intelligent” over a dashboard nobody can read.

But your buyer has heard “AI-powered” from every vendor on their shortlist. The claim costs nothing. So they watch for one thing: the AI finishing a real task while they can check it.

Four doubts decide whether they believe what they see. Does it do the work? Can I trust the answer? Will it run inside my tools? How does it decide?

The short answer: the AI demo videos that work answer one of those doubts on screen. Prompt Shot shows the request and the finished output in one frame. Paper Trail shows where the answer came from, or the check behind it. Built-In shows the AI inside a tool the buyer already runs. Logic Map draws how the AI decides when there's no screen to film. The 30 software product demos below are sorted by the doubt they answer.

AI Demo Video examples

Move 1 · Prompt Shot

“Does it actually do the work?” Show the request and the result in one frame.

A magic trick only works if you watch the card leave the deck. Your buyer watches AI the same way. A finished result with no visible request looks like a slide someone built by hand.

I call it the Prompt Shot: the exact request on screen, then the output it produced. Eight examples.

Vendasta AI Software Demo Video

Vendasta's tutorial shows Social Marketing Pro writing social posts for agencies and their local business clients. One AI prompt fills a social calendar.

What works here:

  • One prompt, many posts. It generates up to five posts, with text and images, for several networks at once.
  • The controls are visible. Users set post length, pick a tone such as adventurous or witty, and add “common instructions” for each client's brand.
  • The flow has three steps: Create, Select, Save. Each post can be edited per platform, then scheduled or saved as a draft.

The move: Put the prompt and every output it produced on the same screen. If a viewer can't read what was typed, the result looks staged.

Contlo AI Micro Demo Video

Contlo.ai sells an AI marketing assistant to business owners. The demo runs the whole marketing job through one chat box.

What works here:

  • You chat, it builds. Emails, SMS campaigns, ad copy and social creatives come back from plain requests.
  • It goes past content. The AI builds customer segments from past behavior and sets up multi-step customer flows.
  • Results come back the same way. Ask about a campaign and get the numbers, with no dashboard to dig through.

The move: Run three different jobs through the same input box. If each job needs a new screen, your “assistant” is really a menu.

SundaySky AI Feature Demo Video

SundaySky sells an AI video platform to enterprise teams. Its AI Copilot turns a text prompt into a video brief and visual media.

What works here:

  • The output is a first draft you can see. Copilot writes the brief and generates media from simple text prompts.
  • Personal details change on screen. Names, dates and account details swap into onboarding and customer service videos.
  • Each team gets a tool: a screen recorder for product demos, text-to-speech voices and a library of avatars.

The move: Show one prompt becoming one finished asset, then the same asset changed for a second viewer. If both versions look the same, the personal part isn't proven.

Adobe Firefly Services AI Demo Video

Adobe Firefly Services is a set of generative and creative APIs for enterprise content teams. The video opens on a creative team asked for more content, faster.

What works here:

  • The pressure comes first: on-brand content in more formats, for more customer segments, regions and channels.
  • Then the jobs the APIs do: market-specific images, localized ads, translated videos and more content variants.
  • It ends on the handoff. The content stays “easy to edit within the Adobe Creative Cloud tools your team knows and trusts.”

The move: Name the backlog before the AI shows up. If your buyer doesn't feel the volume problem, faster output means nothing to them.

Alibaba Cloud E-commerce AI Demo Video

Alibaba Cloud's 32-second demo is for online sellers without product photos. It opens on two questions: “No product images? Missing SKU visuals?”

What works here:

  • The output list is concrete: studio shots, 360° views and zoom details, generated in seconds.
  • The cost it removes is named: no photoshoots. It also makes short product videos for social.
  • The last line speaks to the developer: simple API integration.

The move: Open on the question your buyer asks when the work isn't done. If your first line isn't their problem, they won't wait for your output.

Artwork Flow AI Demo Tour Video

Artwork Flow sells creative management software to marketing teams. The demo shows the AI reading ad performance, then making new versions.

What works here:

  • The AI breaks each asset down by colors, elements and aspect ratios, and shows which ones perform.
  • Then it makes more. Generative AI adapts creatives across formats and languages, from social ads to banners.
  • Everything lands in one library, with smart search and project status tracking for the team.

The move: Show the AI's read of the old work before the new work. If it skips the analysis, the output looks like a guess.

Sarvam AI Voice Agent Demo Video

Sarvam's video shows its AI voice agents running digital crop surveys with India's Ministry of Agriculture. The YouTube title puts the reach at 8 crore farmers.

What works here:

  • The AI does the job out loud. The call opens with “Namaste. Hello, Ravi here,” and the agent notes the caller's details.
  • The customer is named: a government ministry running a real survey, not a made-up company.
  • The call closes with thanks and “Have a good day,” the way a human surveyor would end it.

The move: If your AI talks, let the buyer hear a full exchange. If you cut to a summary, they'll assume the call went wrong.

314e Jeeves AI Application Demo Video

314e's Jeeves is a just-in-time training platform for healthcare staff working in complex EHR systems. The demo goes from workflow frustration to an answer on demand.

What works here:

  • Clinicians ask a how-to question. Search and a generative AI chatbot answer it, with short videos or tip sheets.
  • Training teams get the other half: screen and camera recording, AI closed captions and automatic metadata tagging.
  • One step shows the AI's output plainly: a video becomes a tip sheet in minutes.

The move: If your AI serves two buyers, show each one's request and each one's result. If one side only gets a feature list, film it properly or cut it.

Move 2 · Paper Trail

“Can I trust the answer?” Show where it came from.

Once they see it work, the next doubt arrives. Is the answer right?

A good accountant doesn't just hand over a total. They staple the receipts behind it. Your buyer has to defend the AI's answer to someone who never saw the demo. I call it the Paper Trail: the source, the check or the reason shown next to the answer. Eight examples.

Foxit AI Demo Tutorial Video

Foxit's tutorial puts an AI Assistant inside its PDF Editor. A project manager questions a long contract instead of reading all of it.

What works here:

  • Every answer links back to its source text in the document, highlighted. The viewer can check the AI on the spot.
  • The questions are specific: project milestones, financial terms and intellectual property details.
  • The answers have a destination: the creative, finance and management teams who need them.

The move: Show the source next to the answer. If a viewer can't check one AI reply in under 5 seconds, they won't trust the rest.

GitLab Duo AI Animated Demo Video

GitLab Duo's 45-second demo takes one failed CI/CD pipeline and finds out why. It mixes animated process shots with the real GitLab interface.

What works here:

  • The AI reads the error log for you. It names the root cause, such as a type mismatch error.
  • The answer comes in plain language, with a specific code fix next to it.
  • It's one click, inside the GitLab screen developers already use.

The move: Show the AI's reason before its fix. If the viewer only sees the fix, they can't tell whether it's right.

nCino Banking Advisor AI Demo Video

nCino Banking Advisor is an AI assistant for bankers. The 41-second demo opens on the pressure of limited time, then hands three tasks to the AI.

What works here:

  • A question about “breached covenants” returns policy considerations in the chat.
  • Uploaded PDF tax returns and statements become a complete “Loan Credit Memo” in one click.
  • It flags a “Minimum Liquidity Covenant” breach, and explains metrics like RAROC analysis instead of just showing them.

The move: Have the AI explain one number, not just display it. If your buyer can't repeat the explanation to their credit committee, it isn't there yet.

Traceable AI Walkthrough Demo Video

Traceable AI sells API security. The video opens on an urgent data upload, then walks through the product's interface.

What works here:

  • The threat is named first: APIs as the main route for abuse, fraud and data loss.
  • Sensitive data is labeled as it moves. PII, PCI DSS data and financial tokens are flagged.
  • A global map shows suspicious activity, and the AI profiles user, device and API behavior to spot anomalies.

The move: Show what the AI flagged and why. If an alert has no reason attached, a security buyer reads it as noise.

Innovatrics DOT AI Animated Demo Video

Innovatrics' Digital Onboarding Toolkit (DOT) verifies identity remotely. The video breaks the check into two steps: the document, then the face.

What works here:

  • Step one reads the ID, with OCR for many scripts, and checks it for tampering.
  • Step two matches the face, with NIST-recognized liveness detection to stop presentation attacks.
  • Developers get the build details: full customization, documentation, code samples and on-device processing that works offline.

The move: Split your AI's check into the steps a skeptic would ask about. If a step is hidden, that's the one they'll question.

PatSnap AI Capabilities Demo Video

PatSnap sells AI tools to IP and R&D teams. The demo shows both teams in split screen, working from one platform.

What works here:

  • The source of the answers is named: an LLM trained on patents, academic papers, technical reports and news.
  • Questions go in through a chat interface, in natural language.
  • An invention disclosure assistant drafts ideas as they come, and AI summarizes and tags patents.

The move: Say what your AI was trained on, in one line. If the buyer has to guess the source, they'll assume the open internet.

TrendAI Digital Twin AI Demo Video

Trend Micro's video, from its TrendAI channel, shows a Cyber Security Digital Twin: a virtual replica of a company's environment. AI agents attack the copy, not production.

What works here:

  • It opens on a question: are security testing methods keeping up? Most are slow, manual and outdated.
  • The process is three teams. Red simulates the attacker, blue detects and responds, purple drives improvement.
  • Only validated defenses go back to the original environment. The proof happens before anything real is touched.

The move: Show where your AI is tested before it acts on live systems. If there's no safe space, your buyer pictures the outage.

Xis.ai Animated AI Demo Video

Xis.ai's 11-second animation shows AI quality inspection on a production line. Metal parts pass a scanner on a conveyor.

What works here:

  • The verdict is on screen for each part: pass or fail, color coded.
  • 3D animation keeps the line moving, so inspection reads as continuous, not a spot check.
  • There's no voiceover to wait for. The whole story fits in one shot.

The move: Show the AI's verdict in the same frame as the thing it judged. If the viewer has to match them up, the proof is gone.

Move 3 · Built-In

“Will it run inside my tools?” Show it on a screen they already use.

Right answers aren't enough. Next they ask what it costs to switch.

A new charger is useless if it needs a new socket. Your buyer's tech stack is the socket, and nobody rewires it for a demo. I call it Built-In: the AI working inside software, systems or hardware your buyer already pays for. Seven examples.

Leapwork AI Automation Demo Video

Leapwork sells test automation for Microsoft Dynamics 365. The video opens on software as the engine of the business, and what happens when it stutters.

What works here:

  • The fit is in the title: Dynamics 365, from a strategic Microsoft partner.
  • The range is concrete, from accepting minor service updates to migrating entire ERP systems.
  • Color-coded networks end fully green as integration problems, performance errors and UI bugs drop away.

The move: Name the platform your buyer already runs in the first 10 seconds. If they have to ask “does it work with ours?”, you've lost the next minute.

PREDATAR AI Product Animation Demo Video

Predatar is a data visibility platform for teams running IBM Spectrum Protect. The video promises more from a tool the buyer already owns.

What works here:

  • The pitch is the existing investment: get more out of IBM Spectrum Protect, not replace it.
  • One dashboard shows how data is protected, with reports in PNG, PDF and CSV.
  • AI and machine learning take routine data management tasks off the team.

The move: Frame your AI as a gain on something they already paid for. If it sounds like a replacement, procurement hears a migration.

RingCX AI Software Demo Video

RingCentral's RingCX is an AI contact center. The demo puts RingSense AI next to agents while they work.

What works here:

  • The AI scores and coaches: live sentiment analysis, targeted coaching and automated call scoring.
  • Voice, chat and messaging sit in one interface, so the agent has full context.
  • It answers the buying questions too: quick setup and predictable cost.

The move: Show the AI helping during the live task, not in a report afterward. If the help arrives a day later, it's analytics.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Agents Demo Video

Microsoft's video shows AI agents for finance teams in Dynamics 365. It follows one process from end to end: Record to Report.

What works here:

  • It opens on pressure: “Markets move fast. Finance has to move faster.”
  • The data source is named. Insights come “from your systems of record,” and the AI “follows your rules.”
  • The AI's work is four verbs: “plan. Detect. Reason. Recommend.” Then the tasks: record, reconcile, post and analyze.

The move: Pick one process your buyer already runs and walk your AI through it in order. If you can't name the process, the agent has no job.

Workable Screencast AI Demo Video

Workable's screencast covers hiring and employee management in one platform. The AI shows up where recruiters already spend their day: sourcing.

What works here:

  • AI-powered sourcing recommendations sit next to one-click posting to over 200 job boards and search across 400 million candidate profiles.
  • Compliance is built in: GDPR, EEO and OFCCP tools, with anonymized screening.
  • After the hire, the same hub runs onboarding with e-signatures, then time-off management.

The move: Show the AI in the step your buyer already does every day. If it lives on a separate screen, nobody will open it.

AntWorks ANTStein SQUARE AI Micro Demo Video

AntWorks' ANTStein SQUARE automates KYC compliance for financial institutions. The YouTube title promises cKYC compliance without disrupting the business.

What works here:

  • It starts with the old way: manual KYC submissions, and the need for one central, automated process.
  • It plugs into existing systems, with rapid deployment as part of the pitch.
  • Data ingestion, extraction and CERSAI compliance appear as steps, so the regulator's requirement is visible.

The move: If your buyer's fear is disruption, show the integration before the AI. If the setup is a mystery, the AI doesn't matter.

Logitech Signature Slim AI Product Animation Demo Video

Logitech's Signature Slim Combo MK955 Copilot Edition is a keyboard and mouse, not AI software. It's here for one technique: AI one keypress from the work.

What works here:

  • A glowing Copilot key opens a “Chat with Copilot” window. On-screen text calls it “Fast access to AI.”
  • There's no narration. Each line of text matches the animation under it.
  • The rest is hardware: slim design, fast scrolling and recycled plastic.

The move: If your AI lives inside a bigger product, show the exact click or key that opens it. If it takes three steps, viewers assume they'll forget.

Move 4 · Logic Map

“How does it decide?” Draw the process when there's no screen to show.

Some AI has no interface worth filming. It sits in a network, a database or a warehouse. So the last doubt is the hardest: what is it doing in there?

A subway map leaves out the tunnels and keeps the stops. I call it the Logic Map: the AI's steps drawn as one loop or flow, the way good technical overview videos handle hidden systems. Seven examples.

Google Cloud Gen AI Agents Explainer Video

Google Cloud's video explains what makes an AI agent more than a model. It's a concept explainer, not a product tour, and it draws the agent's thinking as a loop.

What works here:

  • Two parts set agents apart: a reasoning loop and tools.
  • The loop has four steps: observe, interpret, plan, act. It repeats until the agent reaches its goal.
  • Examples make it concrete: update inventory, schedule meetings by checking calendars, order supplies when stock is low.

The move: Draw your AI's process as one loop with 4 steps or fewer. If it needs a legend, simplify it.

Ericsson Telecom AI Demonstration Video

Ericsson's video sells AI and generative AI apps for telecom OSS and BSS. Its core idea is “intent-driven closed-loop assurance.”

What works here:

  • A cognitive loop diagram carries the idea, so “closed loop” is a picture, not just a phrase.
  • Abstract data flows show the AI turning raw network data into operational decisions.
  • Screen captures ground it: natural language questions and real-time dashboards.

The move: If your core idea is a phrase, draw it once and reuse the drawing. If the phrase only appears as text, nobody remembers it.

Blue Planet Agentic AI Explainer Video

Ciena's Blue Planet video sells an agentic AI framework for telecom operations. It opens on one line: “You can't AI what you can't see.”

What works here:

  • The problem is a list: disconnected data, fragmented tools, manual processes and blind spots in legacy OSS.
  • The framework is three layers: structured data, an agentic core, then agentic channels.
  • Control gets its own list: catalogs, orchestration, guardrails and an LLM gateway.

The move: Give your framework 3 layers and name each one. If you need a fourth, it's probably a feature.

Tredence Sancus AI Platform Demo Video

Tredence's Sancus cleans enterprise data with AI and machine learning. The video opens on what poor data quality costs a business, then opens the dashboard.

What works here:

  • The problem shows up as consequences: siloed decisions and eroding customer trust.
  • The dashboard scores data quality on validity, completeness and uniqueness.
  • The machine learning steps are named: tokenize, deduplicate and harmonize, with a feedback loop that retrains the model.

The move: Name the AI's steps as verbs on screen. If a step is just “AI magic,” your technical buyer stops trusting the rest.

GreyOrange AI Demo Explainer Video

GreyOrange's video was made for MODEX 2024, a trade show. It shows GreyMatter, its software, orchestrating many robots in one warehouse.

What works here:

  • CGI warehouse scenes show the software coordinating different autonomous mobile robots.
  • Real warehouse shots follow, with client logos like DHL and bpost.
  • It closes on packages reaching customers and the line “results-driven robotics.”

The move: If your AI coordinates things, show the things moving together. If only the dashboard moves, the coordination stays invisible.

Logi Predict AI Platform Demo Video

Logi Analytics sells Logi Predict to developers who want predictive analytics inside their own apps. The video turns forecasting into one moving chart.

What works here:

  • Bar graphs grow into a predictive line, so past data and forecast become one picture.
  • It names the barrier: needing data scientists. Logi Predict is pitched as the way around it.
  • The outcomes are business ones: lower churn, sales forecasts and fraud detection.

The move: Show history turning into a forecast in one animation. If they're two separate charts, the prediction looks made up.

TicWatch AI Feature Demo Video

Mobvoi's TicWatch GTH Pro is a consumer smartwatch, not B2B software. It's here for one technique: an AI score shown with its inputs.

What works here:

  • Dual sensors feed Arty Heart Health AI, which produces one “Arty Score.”
  • The inputs sit next to it: TruHR, eCAP, HSX and ArtyAge.
  • The same data shows on the watch and the phone app at once.

The move: If your AI produces a score, list what goes into it on the same screen. If the score stands alone, buyers won't trust it.

Pick your move

Which doubt does your AI demo answer?

The short answer: ask one question. What does your viewer still doubt about the AI: the work, the answer, the fit or the logic? The answer picks the move. One doubt per demo. If two doubts are loud, make two short demos instead of one long one.

If your buyer asksUseDo thisExample to copy

“Will it run in my tools?”Built-InThe AI on a screen they already useMicrosoft Dynamics 365
“How does it decide?”Logic MapThe AI's steps drawn as one loopGoogle Cloud

Now go back to the glowing brain. It answers none of the four doubts. It asks your buyer to take the AI on faith.

The move: ask your sales team for the last 5 questions buyers asked about your AI. Sort them into the four doubts. Build your next demo around the biggest pile.

“AI-powered” is a claim anyone can make. A finished task on screen is proof only you can show.

FAQ

AI Demo Video Examples FAQ

What is an AI demo video?
An AI demo video shows an AI product doing a real task on screen, so a buyer can judge it without a sales call. The best ones answer one doubt: does it do the work, can I trust the answer, will it fit, or how does it decide. Foxit's demo, for example, links every AI answer back to the contract text it came from.
How long should an AI demo video be?
There's no single length. On this page, 11 demos run 1 to 2 minutes, 9 run under a minute and 10 run longer. Xis.ai shows one inspection in 11 seconds. Workable's screencast runs 3:09 because it covers the whole hiring cycle. Match the length to the one task you show, then cut what doesn't serve it.
What should an AI demo video show first?
The work your buyer needs done, or the problem that makes it urgent. Alibaba Cloud opens on “No product images? Missing SKU visuals?” Microsoft opens on “Markets move fast. Finance has to move faster.” Skip the abstract AI opener. It tells the buyer nothing about their own work.
How is an AI demo video different from an AI ad?
An ad sells the idea that a product can help. A demo shows the product doing the job, so the viewer can check it. Ads can stay abstract. Demos can't. If you need the first format, study these AI advertising videos instead.
Should an AI demo use a screen recording or animation?
Use a real screen recording when the AI works inside an interface, the way GitLab Duo and Foxit do. Use animation when there's no screen worth filming, like Google Cloud's reasoning loop. Many AI UI demo videos mix both: animation for the idea, the real screen for the proof.
How do you demo AI that has no user interface?
Draw what it does as a loop or a flow. Google Cloud draws observe, interpret, plan and act. Ericsson uses a cognitive loop diagram for closed-loop assurance. GreyOrange shows the robots its software coordinates. Wherever you can, show the effect in the real world too.
How do you show that AI output can be trusted?
Put the evidence next to the answer. Foxit highlights the source text behind each reply. GitLab Duo names the root cause before the fix. nCino explains a RAROC analysis instead of just showing it. If a viewer can check one answer, they'll believe the next one.
How do you demo a generative AI feature?
Show the prompt, then the output, with nothing hidden between them. Vendasta shows one prompt producing up to five social posts. SundaySky shows a text prompt becoming a video brief. Use a request your buyer would actually type, in their own words.
Should an AI demo show where humans stay in control?
Yes, if your buyer gets blamed for the AI's mistakes. Microsoft says its finance AI “follows your rules.” TrendAI tests attacks on a digital twin instead of production. Ciena lists guardrails and an LLM gateway. One line about control answers the question cautious buyers rarely say out loud.
Should an AI demo video use a voiceover?
Usually, but not always. Logitech's 31-second animation has no narration, and on-screen text does the job. Sarvam's demo uses the AI's own voice: the agent's phone call is the soundtrack. If your AI speaks, let it. Add captions either way for viewers watching on mute.
Do AI demo videos need numbers?
One checkable number helps more than a list of adjectives. Workable states over 200 job boards and 400 million candidate profiles. Of the 7 demos broken down from full transcripts below, none stated a measured customer result in the voiceover. That's the easiest gap to fill in your own demo.
How do you measure whether an AI demo video works?
Pick one goal first: trial sign-ups, demo requests or use of the AI feature. Track clicks on the call to action against that goal. Then check watch time and where viewers drop off. Run A/B tests on two openings with the same audience.
How do you cut an AI demo for social?
Keep one prompt and one output. Alibaba Cloud's demo does the whole job in 32 seconds, and nCino's in 41. Lead with the problem line, show the result on a big, readable screen, and save the setup details for the full version on your product pages.

Patterns from the analysis

AI Demo Video Best Practices

Seven of the demos above were broken down from their full transcripts: Microsoft, Adobe, Alibaba Cloud, TrendAI, Ciena, Google Cloud and Leapwork. Five patterns showed up. Seven is a small sample, so read each count as what these seven did, not as market data.

Problem Open

Should an AI demo open on the problem or the AI?

Observation
Microsoft opens on “Markets move fast.” Adobe opens on a creative team under pressure. Alibaba Cloud opens on missing product images. TrendAI asks whether testing is keeping up. Ciena opens on legacy tools, and Leapwork on software that stutters. Only Google Cloud opens on a definition.
Data
6 of 7 opened on the buyer's problem before the AI appeared.
The move
Open on the work that isn't getting done. Then the AI arrives as the answer to a question the viewer already has.
Verb List

How should an AI demo describe what the AI does?

Observation
Microsoft's agents “plan. Detect. Reason. Recommend.” Google Cloud's loop is observe, interpret, plan and act. TrendAI's agents test defenses, validate responses and recommend improvements. The other four describe what the buyer can do with the product, not what the AI does.
Data
3 of 7 named the AI's own actions as a short list of verbs.
The move
Write your AI's job as 3 or 4 verbs. If you can't, your viewer can't picture it either.
Stated Limits

Should an AI demo say where the AI stops?

Observation
Microsoft's AI “follows your rules.” Ciena lists guardrails and an LLM gateway. TrendAI attacks a digital twin, not production. Adobe calls its content “safe for business” and easy to edit. Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud and Leapwork don't say where the AI stops.
Data
4 of 7 said how the AI stays inside limits.
The move
Add one line about control. Cautious buyers rarely ask out loud, but they all want to know.
Stack Link

Should an AI demo name the systems it connects to?

Observation
Microsoft's insights come “from your systems of record.” Adobe keeps content editable in Creative Cloud. Alibaba Cloud offers simple API integration. Leapwork is built for Dynamics 365. TrendAI covers cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments. Google Cloud and Ciena stay general.
Data
5 of 7 said how the AI connects to what the buyer already runs.
The move
Name one system your buyer already pays for, on screen. “Built for Dynamics 365” beats “integrates with everything.”
Missing Result

Do AI demos prove a result with a number?

Observation
None of the seven voiceovers states a measured customer result. Alibaba Cloud gives the only number, and it's an offer: 1 million free tokens. The rest describe speed and scale without a figure.
Data
0 of 7 stated a measured result. 1 of 7 used a number at all.
The move
Add one result your buyer can check, like hours saved on one task. A number turns “AI-powered” into a reason.

How to plan

Where to use your AI demo video

Put the demo where the doubt shows up. That one rule decides most placements.

  • Landing pages. A Prompt Shot demo above the fold, so the first doubt is answered before anyone books a call.
  • Sales follow-ups. One short demo per objection, the way the best SaaS demo videos answer one doubt each.
  • Security and procurement reviews. Paper Trail and Built-In demos, for the people who have to sign off.
  • Help docs and onboarding. Short how-to cuts, like these AI demo tutorials, at the moment a user gets stuck.

How do you script an AI demo video?

Eight decisions, in order. Each one narrows the next.

  • Task. The one job your AI finishes on screen.
  • Doubt. Which of the four doubts this demo answers.
  • Buyer. Who types the request, and in what words.
  • Proof. The source, check or system that makes the answer believable.
  • Script. Write the last line first. Then the first line. Then the middle.
  • Visuals. The real interface where the AI works in one. Animation for what no screen can show.
  • Edit. Cut anything that doesn't move the one task forward. A demo that tours every feature has turned into an AI walkthrough demo.
  • Call to action. Pick the ask before you record, so the whole demo builds to it.

AI demo video production process

Every AI demo runs through the same three stages. The AI adds one job to each.

  • Pre-production. Set the task, the doubt and the buyer. Collect real prompts and real outputs before anyone writes the script.
  • Production. Record clean screens of the AI at work, or design and animate the logic when there's no screen. Record the voiceover.
  • Post-production. Edit, add motion and sound, and check every on-screen output against the real product. Then cut a version for each platform.
