Cielo Linked approached Advids to create a 3d architectural video that addresses the disconnect between static blueprints and investor expectations. By translating complex site plans into immersive environments, the project aims to secure pre construction funding by providing stakeholders with a tangible sense of the finished development.
Video Creation Approach
Engineering a strategic foundation, the team at Advids ingested site coordinates and elevation maps to establish a precise digital twin. Our initial phase focused on calibrating the spatial accuracy of Cielo Linked to ensure the 3d architectural video aligned with the specific structural requirements of the engineering team.
Sunlight studies dictate the visual narrative as we synchronize light paths with various times of day. We construct hyper realistic glass textures and metallic finishes to define the building facade, while the inclusion of pedestrian flow and local flora demonstrates how the structure integrates with the existing urban landscape. Realistic spatial renderings serve as the primary vehicle for communicating the high density living experience within the surrounding neighborhood.
Soft acoustic layering and rhythmic pacing guide the viewer through the interior layout to reduce information fatigue.
