Alchemco
Alchemco's video was built to make complex physical properties-like sub-surface moisture penetration and autogenous self-healing-easy to grasp. Within the concrete construction and asset management sectors, water ingress threatens the structural integrity of vital infrastructure. Without proactive protection, moisture seeps into micro-cracks and capillaries, leading to internal degradation, structural failure, and costly rebuilding projects. Our task was to demonstrate how Alchemco prevents this damage by establishing a permanent subsurface membrane waterproofing barrier.
Our design team anchored the visual composition on a realistic, cross-sectional 3D slab of concrete. We utilized this concrete waterproofing visual breakdown to illustrate the exact path moisture takes before Alchemco's formula is introduced. A contrasting color-coded layer maps the subsurface barrier, detailing how it blocks the internal capillaries. This technical representation is paired with high-magnification structural callouts, so that Structural Engineers immediately grasp the barrier's long-term asset protection value.
To show the dynamic nature of the self-healing formula, our animation team executed a realistic simulation of water beads colliding with and bouncing off the concrete. Advids structured this 3D structural explainer with clean sequences showing how Alchemco initiates biochemical self-sealing. The clean, dark-background aesthetic paired with crisp visual callouts minimizes cognitive fatigue and guides the viewer's eye straight to the point of chemical interaction. This deliberate pacing paired with an authoritative, expert voiceover instills deep trust, motivating Facility Managers to secure their infrastructure.
