LEMO
LEMO's video was engineered to peel back the connector casing and reveal the intricate pin configurations driving their medical hardware. Within the high-stakes realm of electrophysiology and cardiac mapping, choosing sub-standard interconnects introduces severe operational vulnerabilities. Failing to secure reliable high-voltage medical connectors can lead to signal degradation, critical device failure, and non-compliance with strict patient safety standards. Our team focused on demonstrating how precise physical engineering mitigates these risks on the operating table.
We established a neutral, clinical aesthetic to focus attention on the structural details of the REDEL 2P connector. By utilizing an exploded isometric perspective in this medical device product walkthrough, we highlighted the internal array of 34 gold contacts packed within an 18mm diameter shell. We positioned technical data callouts alongside the physical latching mechanism, showcasing the exact placement of the safety-compliant outer casing and mating interfaces. Our team carefully designed this visual mapping so that medical device engineers immediately grasp how high-voltage capabilities fit within such a compact, ergonomic footprint.
The animation strategy routes the viewer through a technical component visual tour using smooth 3D rotations and clear sliding lock sequences that demonstrate the 5000-cycle push-pull latching durability. Advids structured the aesthetic with a high-contrast clinical palette, contrasting the silver-gray connector bodies against a clean background to reduce cognitive fatigue during technical evaluations. Gold highlights on the contact pins guide the viewer's eye to the key electrical interfaces, maintaining focus on structural safety. This clinical clarity establishes an authoritative tone that reinforces reliability, driving medical manufacturers to choose LEMO for safe, next-generation clinical designs.
