Michelin
Michelin's video was built to make complex physical properties-like molecular fluid dynamics and material composition-easy to grasp. Operating in the high-stakes automotive sector requires absolute clarity regarding material integrity. Without a clear understanding of performance tolerances, manufacturers risk premature product degradation. Our design team focused on showcasing the science behind these high-performance rubber compounds to mitigate this risk.
Establishing a macro-focused aesthetic allowed our team to design a striking advanced compound visualization. We constructed dense compositions of reflective amber metallic fluids organized in complex geometric patterns. This structured layout translates abstract polymer science into a tangible physical asset, so that automotive engineers immediately grasp the material's structural integrity.
To bring this concept to life, Advids executed a custom animation sequence simulating natural fluid dynamics and slow-yield viscous movement. This kinetic behavior anchors the immersive 3D material showcase, rendering the invisible forces of compound pressure visible. The high-contrast lighting and clean background elements reduce cognitive fatigue, allowing fleet managers to focus entirely on the material's strength. This authoritative presentation builds immediate trust, positioning Michelin as the pioneer of material science innovation.
