Qventus
Qventus's video was built to visually prove the operational and financial ROI of their inpatient capacity software. Health System Leaders currently face a severe capacity crisis driven by staffing shortages and inefficient, manual discharge coordination. Without a proactive way to manage patient flow, hospitals suffer from compounding operational bottlenecks and millions of costly excess patient days. Our goal was to show how integrating intelligence directly into existing clinical workflows mitigates these systemic bottlenecks.
We structured the layouts to mirror Qventus's clean, simplified Electronic Health Record environment, immediately grounding the interface in a familiar clinical setting. This clinical flow optimization visual strips away unnecessary visual noise, focusing on clean data hierarchies like predicted discharge dates and patient priority indicators. By visually isolating critical points of care-gap orchestration, we highlight how the software auto-populates complex administrative data. We designed these structural wireframes so that Chief Medical Officers immediately grasp how automated assistance directly reduces the administrative burden.
To communicate the real-time speed of the platform, Advids employed a clear chronological motion path that guides the viewer through the clinical lifecycle. This automated healthcare workflow display utilizes Qventus's high-contrast graphic hierarchies and clear numerical progressions to illustrate data-routing paths without creating visual fatigue. By balancing bright, functional accents with a deep, calming background palette, the animation establishes an authoritative yet approachable tone. This strategic pacing reduces cognitive fatigue, building deep trust with health system executives as they proceed to the final call to action.
