Laitram Machinery
Laitram Machinery's video is crafted to track the physical transformation of raw trim into high-quality nuggets through their sorting workflow. Operating within the high-margin food processing sector, facilities often face significant yield losses and soaring labor costs due to manual inspection bottlenecks. Relying on manual labor for precision sorting leads to immense product giveaway, lower product recovery rates, and millions of dollars in wasted revenue annually. By implementing automated sorting machinery, processors can capture maximum value from every piece of trim.
We established the visual foundation by showing clean CAD-inspired structural layouts alongside real-world footage of poultry processing lines. This automated sorter technical demonstration relies on split-screen compositions that pair physical conveyor machinery with close-up product views. Our design team structured these layouts to clearly distinguish between raw trim and premium cuts, so that Food Processors immediately grasp how the system maximizes yield. We integrated static mockups of the software's touchscreen terminal, which displays live batch weight, trim metrics, and size distribution graphs.
The motion strategy guides the viewer along the physical conveyor path, emphasizing the laser scanning line that acts as the core of this mechanical process demonstration. The high-contrast visual design matches a clean industrial aesthetic, which reduces cognitive fatigue for operators analyzing technical machinery. By showing the precise separation of raw materials side-by-side with real-time digital analytics, the video builds immediate operational trust. Our production team at Advids ensured that the final presentation conveys technical authority, urging plant decision-makers to upgrade their processing lines.
