Kissflow
Kissflow's video was crafted to boldly contrast their agile digital solution against outdated legacy workflows. In the enterprise software sector, organizations struggle when business units attempt to build software tools without IT oversight. This friction often leads to security vulnerabilities from shadow IT and severe project bottlenecks. Without a structured framework like citizen development, IT leaders face mounting technical debt while business operations stall.
Our design team anchored this low-code platform explainer in a clean, minimalist layout that balances technical structure with approachable character illustration. We framed the initial problem by contrasting a solo, overloaded IT administrator with chaotic, masked representations of unapproved shadow IT. The layout presents a structured, grid-based interface representing a governed ecosystem where business professionals and technical teams co-exist. By utilizing these clear spatial boundaries, our composition ensures that CIOs and IT directors immediately grasp the security and organizational value of a managed development environment.
To bring these concepts to life, Advids utilized deliberate, block-based motion paths and clean visual builds that mirror the act of software construction. This animated concept overview relies on a high-contrast corporate palette where visual elements expand and snap into place, reinforcing the ease of app creation. By organizing information into distinct, bite-sized visual steps, we reduced cognitive fatigue for viewers who might otherwise be overwhelmed by complex software governance. The video's authoritative yet accessible tone guides IT managers directly to the final call to action, building confidence in the platform's dual-user approach.
