Kessel's video is produced to proactively answer maintenance questions, showcasing easy physical access to serviceable parts. In commercial kitchens and food processing facilities, installing an efficient underground grease separation system is critical for clean wastewater routing. Neglecting this structural integration leads to foul odor emissions, lost basement real estate, and system failures caused by groundwater pressure. Our team at Advids set out to resolve these pain points by clearly demonstrating how this buried hardware remains highly accessible.
Instead of relying on dry engineering blueprints, we constructed a realistic CAD-based subsurface environment showing the equipment buried beneath ground level. We structured this grease separator visual walkthrough to showcase the vertically adjustable upper section aligned with a tiled surface floor, demonstrating how the single-turret architecture functions under pressure. This layout strips away visual clutter, mapping out the intake and disposal pipe routing so that MEP Engineers immediately grasp the ease of physical installation and long-term maintenance access.
To illustrate the physical operation, our animation strategy coordinates the vertical extension of the adjustable collar and simulated fluid routing to demonstrate groundwater uplift resistance. We engineered this mechanical component visualization with clean cross-sections and minimal text callouts to significantly lower the facility operator's cognitive load. The dark, structured rendering of the heavy polymer material stands out sharply against the sandy soil layers, creating a focused presentation that minimizes operator fatigue. This disciplined execution builds credibility for Kessel, delivering an authoritative presentation that drives confidence in the system's structural integrity.
