Randek
Randek's video is crafted to track the physical transformation of timber and sheathing into prefabricated wall panels through their automated workflow. In the offsite construction sector, manual framing lines frequently suffer from high labor dependency and bottlenecked throughput. Relying on manual material handling increases physical hazards and leads to costly production halts. Without automated offsite prefabrication, homebuilders struggle to meet mass production scale and maintain high quality.
Our design team anchored this automated prefabrication workflow simulation in a highly structured, clean 3D CAD environment representing Randek's hardware. The visual composition maps a complete production floor, transitioning from raw timber intake to a dual-robot framing station. The layout positions a robotic arm equipped with custom vacuum grippers directly alongside the mechanical fastening unit to illustrate the spatial efficiency of the machinery. This clear spatial layout decodes the kinetic assembly sequence so that Production Directors immediately grasp the physical throughput gains.
At Advids, we utilized a synchronized multi-axis robotic motion strategy to mimic the physical automation of the machinery. This mechanical pacing guides the viewer through the three-dimensional system walkthrough without visual friction. We employed a high-contrast industrial aesthetic with clean architectural framing to ensure cognitive ease and prevent viewer fatigue. Ultimately, the video's authoritative tone and precise technical fidelity build deep trust with stakeholders, driving a compelling call to action that positions Randek as the premier engineering leader.
