Jungheinrich's video is built to highlight the fail-safes and rigorous safety protocols embedded in their assist systems. In heavy material handling environments, fleet operations require strict coordination to prevent dangerous blind-spot collisions. Without automated intervention, logistics facilities face catastrophic costs of inaction like pedestrian injuries, damaged assets, and severe operational halts. Our design team focused on demonstrating how a proximity warning system mitigates these risks by establishing active protection zones.
Our design team anchored the visual framework in a clean, high-fidelity 3D modeling style that replicates an active industrial loading yard. This warehouse safety visual guide presents a top-down structural perspective of the facility before focusing on a detailed yard layout. The composition highlights distinct, high-contrast warning fields around each vehicle-using neutral gray for initial warnings and saturated red for creep-speed zones-so that Fleet Managers immediately grasp the operational mechanics. By keeping the interface clean and free of unnecessary clutter, the layout emphasizes critical vehicle-to-pedestrian interaction points.
The motion design utilizes controlled, sweeping camera movements to track vehicles and highlight the dynamic activation of the warning fields. Advids animated the synchronized alerts, illustrating how the driver's display and the pedestrian's vibrating vest respond in real time. This precise choreography reduces cognitive fatigue by guiding the viewer's eye exactly to the point of hazard detection without visual distraction. Ultimately, this visual instructional asset establishes a professional and authoritative tone that builds trust in the safety system's real-world dependability.
