Robotiq
Robotiq's video is built to highlight the intelligent fail-safes and modular safety packages integrated into their automated palletizing systems. In high-throughput packaging environments, managing heavy payloads alongside human workers introduces significant operational hazards. Without adaptive protection, facilities face a severe cost of inaction, including catastrophic production halts and critical safety violations from bulky, static barriers. At Advids, we focused on showcasing how these modern add-ons resolve footprint challenges by replacing cumbersome industrial fencing entirely.
We structured the spatial layout to establish a clear workspace relationship for Robotiq, transforming the video into an informative robotic palletizing visual demonstration. We anchored the design in high-contrast physical framing, mapping the precise scanning zones of the safety hardware in relation to the active robotic cell. We positioned the tablet interface overlays directly alongside the hardware to show immediate, real-time status updates during operator entry so that Safety Engineers immediately grasp the safety compliance value.
Our motion strategy for Robotiq relies on precise temporal shifts, pacing the robotic arm's velocity to match the physical proximity of the operator. We choreographed the physical transition from full-speed operation to a controlled, reduced-speed state, followed by an immediate restart once the operator exits. This structural pacing reduces cognitive fatigue for busy Operations Directors watching this industrial technology product promo. Ultimately, our authoritative tone and clear operational flows build absolute confidence, prompting floor managers to modernise their factory floor.
