MAAG Group
Maag Group's video was engineered to prove the enhanced throughput and reduced downtime achieved by their industrial tech. In the high-volume polymer processing sector, compounding facility managers face severe operational bottlenecks when using bulky, traditional dryers. Neglecting to modernize leads to expensive floor-space waste, safety hazards from loud operating noise, and extensive maintenance cycles. Introducing the eXso centrifugal pellet drying system directly addresses these plant inefficiencies by offering a compact, direct-drive configuration.
Our design team initiated the visual layout by contrasting the physical dimensions of legacy equipment with Maag Group's compact engineering. We structured this centrifugal drying system demonstration with a clear 3D floor plan overlay comparing the eXso directly against older models to highlight the 23 percent space savings. Precise internal cutaways illustrate how the slurry separates as pellets ascend the rotor, mapping the exact path of the material flow. This structural clarity strips away the complexity of industrial machinery, so that Plant Operators immediately grasp the system's operational efficiency and ease of maintenance.
We utilized fluid-dynamic simulation to visualize the pellet and water separation, synchronizing the motion with cutaway perspectives of the rotating rotor. Integrating this 3D technical product animation allowed our team at Advids to highlight the 66 percent increase in door access by animating the housing doors swinging open. The clean, industrial aesthetic and precise mechanical renders reduce cognitive fatigue, keeping the viewer focused on the mechanical innovations without distraction. Ultimately, this authoritative presentation builds brand trust and guides Plant Operators toward upgrading their processing lines with Maag Group's technology.
