DESMI's video was engineered to peel back the exterior casing and reveal the intricate internal mechanics driving their machinery. Operating in demanding industrial fluid-handling environments requires absolute system integrity and containment. Traditional transfer equipment often suffers from persistent mechanical wear and fluid leakage, which triggers unplanned downtime, environmental safety violations, and costly maintenance overhead. We highlighted how the mag-drive internal gear pump addresses these liabilities to ensure continuous, reliable plant operations.
Our design team established a clear visual hierarchy by utilizing precise 3D CAD modeling to map the structural composition of the DESMI system. This magnetic-drive pump visualization displays the pump assembly through exploded-view layouts and transparent cross-sections of the pump head, casing options, and gear systems. Structuring the design with clear technical callouts allows Plant Operators to immediately grasp the low-wear benefits and physical accessibility of the machinery.
To illustrate the operational flow, the motion design maps out the physical rotation of the rotor gears and routes the kinetic pathway of fluid from suction to pressure. This engineering product spotlight employs a high-contrast industrial aesthetic that clarifies the complex mechanics of the DESMI units without cluttering the screen. This clean, structured composition and deliberate use of contrasting highlights reduce cognitive fatigue during the technical breakdown, allowing viewers to easily absorb mechanical details. Advids established a precise and authoritative presentation style that naturally builds trust and guides engineers toward final system integration.
