BW Flexible Systems
BW Flexible's video was animated to highlight the adaptive flexibility and hygienic precision of their physical machinery across diverse production lines. We focused on the specialized food packaging sector, where equipment sanitation is a critical operational requirement. Traditional baggers often harbor bacteria in closed frame members, leading to frequent unplanned downtime and potential product contamination. Our team highlighted how ignoring these sanitary flaws increases maintenance costs and risks significant regulatory penalties.
Our design team utilized high-fidelity 3D modeling to isolate the machine's open-frame architecture for BW Flexible. This sanitary packaging visual breakdown routes the viewer's attention toward the stand-offs and cleanout points that eliminate material collection zones. By utilizing an exploded-view composition, we reveal the internal pneumatic components and HMI interface without the clutter of external guarding. We structured these static layouts so that Plant Operators immediately grasp the ease of accessibility and the resulting reduction in sanitation labor hours.
The animation strategy employs fluid motion to demonstrate the high-speed film tracking and precision filling sequences. Integrating this mechanical differentiation showcase allowed us to emphasize the IP66-rated washdown capabilities and the rugged electrical housing. The technical aesthetic uses a high-contrast industrial finish to reduce cognitive load, ensuring the viewer remains focused on yield optimization and throughput metrics. This authoritative presentation by Advids builds technical trust and provides a clear path to the final call to action for engineering stakeholders.
