Hyosung
Hyosung's video is produced to proactively answer maintenance questions, showcasing easy physical access to serviceable parts. Operating in the high-stakes retail banking sector, financial institutions face severe bottlenecks and unplanned downtime if their self-service systems fail or require complex servicing. Traditional, bulky ATMs exhaust valuable floor space and drive up maintenance overheads, leading to frustrated customers and lost operational revenue. By deploying a compact, high-capacity solution, institutions can optimize their space and prevent costly servicing delays.
To solve this messaging challenge, our design team at Advids anchored the static visual layout of the Hyosung terminal in a highly detailed 3D CAD modeling style that peels back the external steel chassis. We developed an exploded-view blueprint showing the interior housing of the four high-capacity cassettes alongside the advanced note-separating mechanism. This spatial blueprint serves as a clear cash dispensing technology overview, explicitly mapping out how the modular internal architecture and accessible pathways reduce manual service hours. By stripping away visual clutter and prioritizing mechanical transparency, we structured the layout so that Branch Managers immediately grasp the hardware's low-maintenance value proposition.
Our animation strategy relies on precise, mechanical slide-outs and dynamic 3D cross-sections that simulate real-world service interactions. We framed this Hyosung B2B hardware introduction within a high-contrast cinematic dark mode, focusing light directly on active components to reduce cognitive load and prevent viewer fatigue. The clean motion pacing guides the eye from physical mechanics to integrated touchscreen interfaces without disorienting transitions. Ultimately, the video's authoritative tone and structural clarity build immense buyer trust, driving banking executives to confidently choose this optimized terminal for their branches.
