Notion's video was built to visually prove the immediate financial and temporal ROI of their automation software. In the field service industry, relying on manual client communication leads to mounting administrative friction that stalls business growth. This manual overhead forces office teams into a cycle of tedious outreach, draining resources and delaying payment collections.
Our design team structured this field-service automation walk-through using clean, vector-based illustrations and a high-contrast layout to maximize viewer focus. We aligned three distinct field technicians holding digital tablets directly against a weekly schedule timeline, highlighting a metric-driven savings of $1021 to ground the platform's utility. The design subsequently organizes Notion's core software functions into specific, easily legible modules-such as a finger-tied ribbon for appointment reminders and a notification-badged dollar icon for payment follow-ups-so that Field Service Managers immediately grasp the platform's intuitive control and immediate return on investment.
We animated the interface elements with responsive, kinetic transitions, where digital invoice calendars and automated notifications slide onto the screen to represent automated actions. This dynamic motion drives our SaaS application workflow overview, routing the user through Notion's custom billing and collection schedulers with effortless pacing. By employing a balanced, dual-toned corporate palette of cool blues and warm coral accents, the composition maintains a strict visual hierarchy that reduces cognitive fatigue during complex process breakdowns. Advids engineered this energetic rhythm to build maximum trust, utilizing an authoritative pace that moves Operations Directors toward the final call to action with absolute clarity.
