Our team constructed a clear layout highlighting the structured interfaces that replace tedious, multi-step email campaigns. Incorporating a Pendo product-led renewal walkthrough, we organized the on-screen inputs-such as custom embedded forms, yes/no branching paths, and targeted success prompts-to emphasize structural clarity. We organized these interface interactions linearly so that Customer Success Managers immediately grasp how in-app touchpoints eliminate administrative friction.
