BarTender
BarTender's video was built to visually prove the immediate financial and temporal ROI of their labeling automation software. In the complex supply chain sector, fragmented printing processes often lead to severe operational silos and data inaccuracies. Without a centralized system, Warehouse Managers face the high cost of label errors that disrupt shipping and invite compliance penalties. Our team focused on how this platform mitigates these risks by unifying global printing standards.
We utilized a modular composition to illustrate the progression from small-scale operations to global enterprise needs. This labeling automation visual summary uses a clean, flat-design UI to represent the software interface, showing labels, RFID tags, and packing slips. We mapped the data-flow structure through distinct geometric connectors that link databases to print outputs. This structural approach ensures that IT Directors immediately grasp the scalability of the different BarTender software editions.
The animation strategy employs fluid transitions between industrial environments, moving from local bakeries to towering corporate offices. Creating this high-level technical overview required a high-contrast aesthetic that maintains clarity as data packets move across the screen. By prioritizing cognitive ease, the Advids design team reduced visual clutter, preventing viewer fatigue during the multi-edition breakdown. The resulting authoritative tone builds deep trust, guiding Production Supervisors toward a decisive adoption of the BarTender system.
