Interroll
Interroll's video was engineered to peel back the exterior casing and reveal the intricate internal mechanics driving their drum motors. The conveyor belt and material handling sector requires highly compact, robust drive systems capable of sustaining continuous operation across distribution hubs, food processing facilities, and airports. Choosing conventional, exposed motors often results in extreme hygiene risks, complex installations, and frequent unplanned downtime that stalls critical throughput. To avoid these costly operational bottlenecks, facility designers require a hermetically sealed drive that protects internal gears while saving valuable space.
Our design team began by establishing a clear spatial grid to walk viewers through diverse application environments, starting with an airport check-in counter where the drive integrates directly into the conveyor frame. This material-handling visual showcase exhibits food processing lines, highlighting how the Interroll IP69K-certified exterior resists high-pressure washdowns. We then present an exploded three-dimensional schematic of the motor, displaying the planetary gearbox, bearings, and digital RFID identification elements in isolated, high-contrast layouts. We composed these structures with generous negative space so that System Integrators immediately grasp the physical integration benefits and space-saving footprint.
For the kinetic sequences, we used precise rotational mechanics to animate the internal planetary gears, accompanied by linear motion paths that simulate luggage and food packages flowing across active belts. Our animation strategy at Advids focused on a clean, industrial layout featuring bright, clear schematic lines that minimize cognitive load and prevent viewer fatigue. This technical mechanical explainer utilizes synchronized assembly movements, demonstrating how the Interroll components lock together during configuration. Ultimately, this structured presentation establishes an authoritative tone that builds deep trust and drives Plant Operators to explore certified drive upgrades.
