Seequent
Seequent's video was produced to isolate and spotlight a critical software automation feature, ensuring immediate user comprehension. Within the geostructural simulation sector, geotechnical engineers often face bottlenecks due to manual parameter entry and modeling errors. Without a systematic way to script repetitive design phases, engineering teams face severe project delays and inaccurate structural risk calculations. We designed this video to address this challenge, demonstrating how automated command logging accelerates model generation and ensures structural reliability.
At Advids, we structured the user interface layout to emphasize cognitive clarity, positioning the script runner directly alongside the primary design workspace. This geotechnical software visual guide displays step-by-step commands next to the spatial grid, keeping the correlation between code and model geometry completely clear. We organized the log files and coordinate displays in a balanced dual-panel composition, so that geotechnical engineers immediately grasp the temporal efficiency of script-based model generation.
The animation relies on synchronized step-by-step UI highlights and automated model rendering to demonstrate how easily a script populates a soil mesh. We designed this technical workflow guide with a light-mode diagnostic aesthetic, reducing eye strain and preventing viewer fatigue during complex tutorial sequences. By pairing real-time UI interactions with clear system updates, the final video establishes authority and builds user trust in automated simulation pipelines.
