Qmenta
QMENTA's video was created to illustrate the automated workflow of brain tractography, transforming complex neuroimaging data into actionable clinical insights. In the demanding field of clinical neuroscience, researchers frequently encounter bottlenecks during manual tract segmentation and data preparation. The consequence of manually handling raw neuroimaging files often leads to delayed clinical insights and inconsistent research quality, highlighting the necessity of standardized dMRI quantification.
We structured the visual presentation to mirror the clinical, organized environment of the web application. This neuroimaging software demonstration showcases a split-screen arrangement, mapping raw input fields next to completed contralateral comparison metrics. The visual hierarchy places high-contrast axial, sagittal, and coronal MRI slices adjacent to statistical asymmetry tables. We organized these structural UI layouts specifically so that clinical trial managers immediately grasp the clarity and accuracy of the automated segmentation reports.
Our team at Advids developed a focused animation style that mimics user interactions, transitioning cleanly from file uploads to the rotation of color-coded 3D fiber tract models. This technical workflow breakdown maintains a sober, professional aesthetic that minimizes visual noise and reduces cognitive fatigue for viewers. By aligning the UI transitions with realistic platform usage, the video maintains an authoritative tone that establishes strong clinical trust. Ultimately, this structured presentation naturally guides clinical researchers toward exploring the platform's potential for their next study.
