OpenText
OpenText's video was crafted to boldly contrast their agile digital solution against outdated legacy workflows. Healthcare systems are currently overwhelmed by an exponential rise in medical record volumes across multiple clinical environments. Neglecting to address these bloated, obsolete software footprints leads to escalating maintenance fees, fractured information access, and increased risks of regulatory non-compliance. By consolidating unstructured and structured files, OpenText enables healthcare organizations to execute secure clinical application decommissioning without losing historic patient records.
At Advids, our design team mapped a clean, data-driven visual architecture that integrates this healthcare data storage breakdown into a clear hierarchy. We designed clean schematics and crisp line art to visualize structured and unstructured data silos transforming into unified repositories. This layout aligns abstract IT databases with clinician-facing EMR interfaces, so that Healthcare IT Administrators immediately grasp the operational ROI of consolidating their legacy systems.
We activated the static layout with fluid motion paths and synchronized icon transitions to simulate real-time data migration. This dynamic pacing transforms the B2B software workflow demonstration from a static database discussion into an energetic movement of information. The composition balances high-contrast iconography with a soothing corporate palette to minimize cognitive fatigue during detailed technical moments. Ultimately, this authoritative visual structure builds deep organizational trust, guiding C-Suite Executives toward modernizing their IT infrastructure.
